The Silverstone KL03 case is said by them to be a longer mid-tower chassis design. Many cases on the market today have trouble with long video cards like the ATI X1950XTX card or the NVIDIA GeForce 9800GX. These cards when installed in many cases will block or require the removal of a hard drive due to the cable being in the way. The KL03 can fit these long cards without problem a good thing for those wanting a long video card.

Dimensions of the KL03 are 220x (W) x524x (H) x594 (D). Compared to the Silverstone KL02 with dimensions of 203 (W)x 496mm (H) x 474mm (D), the KL03 is a much larger case in every dimension. Thus it is no surprise that the case has a net weight of 14Kg compared to the KL02’s 8Kg. This is a combination of the increased dimensions and the use of a door which the KL02 does not have.
