I've had to change the tests a little to reflect the fact that the benchmarks from earlier reviews did not get rid of the frame rate cap in QuakeWars and in Unreal Tournament 3. Also changed is the frame rate in Crysis, as the starting point of the benchmark needed to be changed due to unstable framerate where the benchmark was first taken at in previous reviews. You'll notice that performance in those three benchmarks is only for three different cards, the 8800GTS 320MB, the Diamond HD3850 card and the EVGA 9600GT card. This should give a good frame of reference for this card as the 3850 is the direct competition. Framerate caps limit how fast a card can run a scene, removing them allows the user to see the full performance of the card. This is why many of our previous video card reviews had 60 fps caps in UT3 and ETQW.
