After meeting with Intel at CES I quickly grew fond of the idea of making the Skulltrail even better by way of an advanced liquid cooling kit being made and installed. Usually, when my ideas grow larger than my own lab I turn to Gabe Rouchon at Swiftech to make it happen in a professional and safe way. Like always in a pinch he came through and gave Anthony carte blanch access to his labs in So-cal to begin the evolution of the Skull. We were given the Swiftech H20-220 kit that we modified with an additional block for the other CPU. Anthony had to cut out the bottom of the CoolerMaster Stacker to accommodate the dual radiator and fan that was installed internally inside of the case to make for a seamless look. We also switched to our shiny new CoolerMaster 1250w Pro PSU that made the system run completely stable even in SLI or CrossFire modes.
