Microsoft's new Vista OS has its own internal system analyzer that shows its determination of performance by way of a set of base scores between 1.0 and 5.9, both systems tested here surpass even Vista's rough system requirements and would probably score much higher if the test had a higher base score of 5.9. The end result test score is based off the lowest point base score, which means that if your system gets 5.9 in four, but a 5.4 in another, the overall score is 5.4.
