Obviously when I'm doing a review, I am looking to see what doesn't work, if anything, along with what does work. In the case of the Targus ACH80US Desktop USB 2.0 4-port hub with Audio pass-through, there wasn't anything that didn't work. It did all that it says that it will do, and it did it easily. There was no forcing required on any of the connections, everything plugged in smoothly. All of the functions worked as they should and basically there were no surprises. With four USB 2.0 ports, two of which being "high power" for those devices needing that extra bit of juice, I can see where this hub will find many a happy home with both notebook users and PC users.
Coming in with an average street price of around $30.00, it is also pretty affordable, especially considering all that it can do for you. I like it and it has found a new home sitting on top of my PC case. I am happy to give this unit from Targus a Motherboards.org "Hot Product" rating and highly recommend it to anyone needing a USB hub.
