Once games are released with Shader Model 4 and Vista has been out for a while, it is likely that we will transition our AMD, Intel and video card test platforms to Vista as our main operating system. It takes a lot of work to do so and with no DX10 games available or even patches for games to show improved effects with SM 4, there's nothing needing Vista. NVIDIA's 8800 series are the only cards on the market with full support for Shader Model 4. It is a bit irrelevant to change our test platform only to change it again when the apps come out to support it.
