In the near future, we will be updating our benchmarks to a more modern suite. Doom 3 has run its course as a benchmark and with the release of newer games, its high time to update them. Battlefield 2142 is the latest Battlefield game and a good measure of performance. Dark Messiah Might and Magic is the latest game from Ubisoft. Need For Speed: Carbon is the latest racing game from EA. Tomb Raider Legend is the latest Lara Croft game. This will bring the number of games in our benchmark suite to 8 plus 3DMark05 and 06. Also disappearing from our benchmarks will be 1024x768 resolution, as no modern high-end card is stressed at that resolution.
