Alright - so we've covered a CoolerMaster Case once on this site, and what did we have to say? CoolerMaster leaves with us a lasting legacy of truly elegant cases, ones that rival those constructed by Lian Li - perhaps even ones which may have even provided inspiration to the cases of the future. From their beginning their claim to fame was the ATC series, claims which followed through to the TAC or "Wave master" series, CoolerMaster has always had a niche for elegance in the market. Yet, what do you do when there's another void to fill - the gamers that haul systems a few (or a few hundred!) miles every weekend, nestled among a beast of a monitor, some gear, and the usual trunk fuzzies. Most cases can't handle that kind of punishment - which prompted CoolerMaster into a situation - do we stay elegant and classy, or do we introduce ruggedness to the picture? Starting with the Stacker cases (though they aren't the most portable!), CoolerMaster put to market some true beasts of burden, built to survive hard lives on the road, in opposition to simple existences in soft worlds. In that vein, we've eventually come to the Ammo 533 chassis - with thick bumpers, military styling, and a beefy steel construction, this compact chassis promises to haul your rig there and back - at least a few times - without much difficulty. Shall we see just how it fairs?
