Bundled software
Diamond has had a long history of excellent bundles with their graphics cards. The first 3DFX Voodoo card from Diamond came with 20 games and game demos to show off the new card and the Banshee card that came with 3 of the latest games of the time. Some Diamond cards come with games today, but the X1900XTX came with 3DMark03, a rather old benchmark. The other software on the Bonus CD is Vulpine GL, Final Reality, Maximus DVD and WCPUID.
The hardware that came with the Diamond card is extensive, with everything you would possibly need to attach any video device via the composite out, the S-Video, the VIVO or the Component Video cables. Two DVI-I to D-Sub adapters are also present allowing the purchaser to use every combination of dual monitors. The driver CD has Catalyst 6.2, which was released in February. The latest drivers are 6.3, with 6.4 Catalyst drivers due soon. ATI has the tradition of releasing a new driver every month.
