I would expect performance to be above that of the XFX 7800GTX which is clocked at 450MHz instead of the default 486MHz of the ASUS EN7800GTX TOP card. In many cases, the 7800GTX is not the barrier to performance, the CPU is. As we move further into the fall of 2005, as ATI launches their next generation architecture, the R520, and NVIDIA possibly refreshes the 7800GTX, we'll see more and more instances where the graphics card is not the bottleneck.
