Taking the 3D1 for a spin, I played a bit of Half Life 2 (up until the Ravenhome level). The 3D1 was able to play this game with few slowdowns even at 1280x1024 32-bit 4x AA and 8x AF. It's pretty good for a video card to play maximum settings without undue stress on the system. Doom 3 also plays like a dream on this combo card. In most cases you are able to play the game 1280x1024 4x AA 8x AF without a problem.
NVIDIA currently has a list of supported games on their website. Here's the list of current applications: Aquamark 3, Battlefield 1942 Desert Combat Mod, Battlefield Vietnam, City Of Heroes, Code Creatures Pro, Colin McRae Rally 4 Demo, Command & Conquer Generals, Doom 3 , Far Cry, Ground Control, Half Life 2, Halo, Painkiller, Sims 2, Star Wars Knights Of The Old Republic, Tomb Raider Angel Of Darkness, Tron 2.0, Unreal Engine 3.0, Warhammer Dawn of War, 3Dmark 2003 and 3Dmark 2005.
As you can see, most of the applications are fairly recent. Unfortunately, the list includes nearly as many benchmarks and demos as recent games. I would have liked to have seen Vampire The Masquerade: Bloodlines, Need For Speed Underground 2 and other more recent games than games like C+C Generals and Sims 2. Also of note, is the fact that 3dmark 2003 and 05 are included in the list.
