The image quality of a graphic card is an important feature that many people overlook. Spending top dollars on the latest graphic card only to realize that it produces blurry images will only cause additional money to be spent. Both ATI and Nvidia are so caught up in the 3D image and performance battles that they often forget about 2D image quality. Nvidia seems to be the loser in this category. They've always been plagued by poor 2D quality and the PCX5900 continues that trend. Text and fonts were blurry the moment the drivers were loaded, and adjusting the LCD did not provide any help. Strangely, the GV-NX57128D had a much better 2D quality than the GV-NX59128D. The 3D quality, however, was top notch and provided great details during games.
