You can see the final test results are almost identical in every test but Specview where in the 3Dmax test the AMD produced a more favorable score and in SYSmark 2002 where Intel shows better scores. Biased results in the current release of this benchmarking mainstay have been rumored to be apparent.

SYSmark scores cannot really be taken too heavily at the moment as the red flag is up and Intel may or may not be involved with BAPco and the scandal currently surfacing about their making the test more Intel friendly. The consortium who runs the testing validation are supposedly Intel owned and operated which would not really make for a level playing field and cause many to question the tests fairness altogether.
