For the games I turned up the setting to maximum to see how well the card did under pressure and the ATI RADEON did not let me down in any way. Everyone knows that frame rates past 30FPS are just window dressing and cannot be detected by the human eye.

As you can see the visual clarity is very clear and crisp offering images that have well defined edges and colors. Just a few years back true 32-bit rendering was an impossibility that was not fully realized by any of the top VGA witch doctors and has only been an effective implementation in the last generation of cards.

The 9700 Pro exceeds the 30FPS barrier on all the games I played at 1024X768 with true 32-bit color which is the sweet spot for most gamers today. Game play was very smooth and clear offering no stutters or errors. There are new driver patches coming out on a continuous basis to guarantee game compatibility.
