You start off back into the interrogation room where you asked a bunch of questions about the Russians and then you start off where you left off as Sgt. Blackburn. You go into this mission where you’re trying to find Al-Bashir and the room where Sergeant Jonathan Miller was executed. In this mission you are extensively using the sniper weapon and you make use of the thermal imaging on the sniper scope.
I took advantage of that fact and used it during the street scenes as well. It is pretty dark like how a real battlefield is so the thermal imaging comes in handy. After fighting a few enemies you eventually find the room where Sergeant Miller was killed and then find Al-Bashir trying to escape. You shoot at his car and it crashes into a near by street. Then, you secure him and try to keep him alive while being attacked by waves of Russian soldiers trying to get to Al-Bashir as well. Just before Al-Bashir dies he realizes that Solomon the leader of the PLR had betrayed him so he reveals Solomon’s plan to Sergeant Blackburn.
