You then cut scene back to the interrogation and ask you repeatedly why would you shoot Cole. They make a claim that you were played by the Russians and that there is no real evidence that Dima was trying to help the Americans. They bring in Montes a soldier from your squad and as the detectives leave the room, one of them gets a call where you overhear that they lost a train.
Blackburn sort of has an epiphany at that point where he figures out that Solomon is probably the one that hijack the train and you ask Montes to follow your lead. You end up knocking out one of the detectives and killing a guard in order to escape from a window and jump onto the train. And then you start off like in the very first mission fighting off a lot of Solomon’s guys through the train. However, now you find out what happens after the epic first mission scene where you block off Solomon’s gun point maneuver and blow up smaller bomb on the train.
Solomon has the WMD still in his possession so you pursuit him in the sewers and onto the street. Montes someone finds you miraculously with a Police Car and tells you to get in. I am like damn Montes is too good, finding the best car for a pursuit and a cop car on top of that. You then are hanging by the side window shooting at Solomon’s car and make him crash by running into him. You both end up crashing in Times Square, New York where you and Montes are pinned down while Solomon grabs a gun. He shoots Montes and you then fight him off because he’s out of bullets.
You basically kick the crap out of him and stop the WMD from going off in New York. It ends the game with the Dima who helped you escape and he talks about how you only die once and you better make it worth it. He talks about how he and Blackburn had to make tough choices in order for people to survive. It fades to black as you hear his house getting raided. So in the end you save thousands of lives in New York and prevent war between America and Russia even though you had to break every traditional rule and kill some people that were on your side in order to stop the main threat being Solomon.
