Report: City Surveillance Market Expected to More than Double by 2017

Sidewalks to bus stations, busy streets to parks, surveillance technology is watching all around cities.

From 2012 to 2017 the global market for electronic security equipment used for city surveillance applications will more than double in size, according to a report from IMS Research, part of IHS Inc.
