2013 Readers' Choice Awards — Best Security Software Suite

Folks have strong opinions about security vendors and lots of vendors to choose from, yet in both of these closely fought categories their top choices were the same three companies. In the anti-virus balloting, AVG Technologies took the gold medal by a slim 14 votes, ahead of Symantec Corp. and Kaspersky Lab. In the security software suite polling, Symantec’s ever-popular Norton product line finished 19 votes in front of Kaspersky, which got 12 more votes than AVG.
