This e-mail virus is being called the worst threat of the year.
It apparently comes disguised as an e-mail from the CIA or the FBI with text indicating the government has discovered that you visit 'illegal' Web sites. It asks you to open an attachment to complete an 'official' questionnaire regarding the allegation.
If the attachment is opened it can disable security and send out e-mails to those in your address book. Apparently it is spreading quickly enough that both agencies have denied any connection to the e-mails.
Just a heads-up. Most people here are savvy enough that I am sure no warning is really necessary.
Of course, if somebody does become infected there are removal tools at symantec, mcafee and other sites.

Had two of these arrive when I opened Outlook today.
There were also three or four other emails listed as 'Mail_delivery_failed' that had a ZIP attachment that was supposed to be the message that I sent that wasn't delivered.
