| Air Cooling using Zalman CNPS7700-CU which takes care of CPU and North Bridge. I am running 4 Hitachi SATAII in RAID0 mode and I noticed that the South Bridge heat sink gets really hot so I put a small fan on it. other than that the case is Lian Li PC V2000. |

Tulatin,
Although mentioned in the body of your article and strongly noted in your conclusion, the actual temps are not posted. I would be interested in knowing just what the temps were. Both at stock speeds, and the | Quote: | | incredible heat loads the chip put out under full load. | while overclocked.
I am also interested in the temps netmann is getting on his Asus p5wd2 with the 530j. _________________

| Approximately 70c loaded un-oced, and 80c (sensor maximum) when oced. I'm on a big typhoon now which cuts the OCed temp down to a nice 54c |
