| So right, for the "decency" requirement. Let us keep the Forum in a "family" rating. We have many young visitors and members in our group. Taunting threats, indecency, flaming and other inexcusable expressions will quickly degrade our "rating level" to 'adults only' and we will become no better than some of the vile sites on the Web. Plus, the FCC is observant of what is said or written on Web sites, and profanity and threats can and will be treated accordingly. Read: Possibly severe fines and removal of site. |

It's not a complete javascript command.
It reads like this: javascript:emoticon(':-
Should have the rest of the emoticon code, and the closing ') at the end.
Mobocop need to edit the "thingy".

"Thingy" being the technical term.....
Closing quotes are missing after the bracket.
