Can I safely over clock my AMD K6/233. Is it stable? And how high can I go? Thanks a bundle.

Well, first what motherboard and memory do you have, that is kind of 90% of your limitation. As for the CPU, if it is of the .35 micron build, which I think all the pre-K6/2-266's were, it could at max overclock to around 266 with proper multiplier and fsb and jumper modification.

I believe K6 series starts at 233 and ends at 300. That can be easily researched on any search engine. If AMD manufactured up to 300 then 350 maybe possible with a bigger fan/heatsink?
