| It would be quite helpful if we were able to printout the contents of some of the posts. It goes without saying that 99.9% of everything posted to intended to help, assist and advise and if you think of a situation where we give someone advice which entail a long list of step-by-step instructions, they may need to have a copy of this offline or outside of their Windows environment and so just having it held online within the forums is not sufficient. Is it possible to add a print function? |

Would require modifying the phpBB code. This might be an included option with phpBB 2.2, but I dont know for sure..

| I did try the standard printing from my browser but it just doesnt work. If it was possible at all then it would have to be a specific thing for the forums which handles it correctly. |

No its nothing you did wrong Emily. Like I said before, printing post (at this time) is a option that is availible only if the phpBB code is modified...

Can you go into detail about this?I have always been able to print pages here. Do I have some setting changed to allow this?

Printing complete pages is a bit different then just printing the posts (i.e. the text)..

Toby B. is right. Sorry I didnt explain myself properly  I was refering to one individual post, and not the whole wysiwyg screen (did I spell that right?)
Although to be fair, I could just copy+paste into NotePad or some such. |
