Hi,

I've got a Olivetti M4-464s PC with a BA2161 Motherboard, but nowhere I can find a Manual for Jumpersetting, the Jumpers also doesn't have Numbers !
Have anyone a Manual ?
On this Site: http://www.icsspa.com/ihdesk/firstpag.htm,I found Bios-Update and Drivers but no Manual.

Greets, Antz

Hi,
No, this isn't on there..

There is a Sticker with a Barcode and with this:
0 562181K 03 510$ 188059 *BA2161*
on the Mobo.

The Board have 2 Vesa Local Bus and 1 ISA Slots on a Risercard, and 1 ISA beside that directly on the Mobo, like some IBM-Boards.

The Level 2 Cache is on a Card in a Slot looks like a VLB-Slot without ISA, but lower (256kb).

Chipset is UMC 82C49, 2 PS/2-Ramslots, Socket 3 with a DX2-66, Grafic onboard Cirrus Logic GD5428 with 1Mb,
2 IDE, Floppy, 2 Serial, Printer, PS/2 Connects onboard
Bios from AMI (the Winbios with Mouse), the Chip seems to be a Flash-EEprom, on the Sticker stands: PDKK Copyright 94 AMIBIOS

Need some other Infos ?

greets, Antz

if you can provide a picture online or send it to evasive@motherboards.org, that might help greatly.

As an aside are your Olivetti files off-line evasive?

http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/olivetti/systems1.html

http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/olivetti/systems2.html

http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/olivetti/servers1.html

All links appear to be broken on the above three pages.

Just a temporary thing or what?

I'm willing to bet the row of blue jumpers between the ISA slot and the power connector in the top left corner have exactly these names beside them. Your board is a spitting image of the layout I have here.

That is correct reliably, I did not see Jumpers without numbers yet. maybe the layout is the same, but the board is a cheap version?
