| Ok this is bull.....My dad dosnt seem to understand that I game 3 hours a day and It slows done folding, im not worried about it "slowing down Halo or UT2003" I just find it paticulary worthless to fold under the conditions my machine is ran under. #1 Dial up is a pain while running folding considering It may not report for 8 hours while im at school. #2 I do not like running my computer 24/7 for my own reasons #3 My mom absolutly hate me leaving it on the internet constantly and that why I only game while shes asleep #4 Dad you have no right to get on me about this considering you live 5 miles away and therefor wouldnt understand.....and finally #5 Last time I checked I was the one buying MYSELF an Athlon 64 for christmas with the money IM making.... |

Evasive, there is nothing to it. It is actually getting interesting. I can't stop laughing. _________________ Help humanity .....join the

thanks dude! | Man...you're acting like I just quit folding or something. (I am not quitting) But thanks anyway. | Quote: | | Not sure what to make of all this but be aware this thread is on watch... |
This thread was of malicious intent from the get go. I say lock the thread, then ban every member who posted in it! (except me of course) Or, only me. The choice is yours. I think that this all got out of hand...BTW, there is a third option of banning nobody. But where is the fun in that? _________________ I have a belly button |

ShadowHawk, you need to be a little more diplomatic. If I were you, I would have made the following proposition to dad:
"Ok Dad, you want to fold 24/7, buy me the Athlon 64, I've been dreaming of for sometimes, and get me some high speed connection and your will shall be granted." You might add also, dad if you do all that Santa Claus might visit you this year. _________________ Help humanity .....join the

LOL! That works for me. Either that or, "Dad, may I please have money to buy myself computer junk." He says "Sure, and my interest rate is 15% a day" Yup. The other day, I asked my dad if I could have a new computer chair to replace the crappy bridge chair I am currently using. He said "Sure, you can get one just like mine for $70" _________________ I have a belly button |
