I would like to know if there is a way to optimize .. F@H....

any special setting of something?

something wrong with F@H...

it was almost done the workunit.. .. I close program..

I did run .. Adware 6.0 clean some adware on pc.. them shut donw PC>.

when I started it this morning.. and when to run F@H .. it reset back to
0 % ..... it isnt a diffrennt workunit... just the same back from the beginning..

That's a pain - try pausing folding before shutting it off... other than that, we're still looking for a fix.

look closely as what ad aware is removing, 10 bucks says one called "wudata". It picks it up as a useless file and deletes it. I think it contains info about your work unit and when you delete and restart it forgets what it was doin

I'm not a F@H member because I don't have online service to my pc.
But I'll agree, working at night sucks, I worked on nights for 2yrs

I'll join eventually when I can.

to help with the disappearing work units after shut down, I made a folder in my F@H folder called backed up work. Before I shut down I copy my work folder and paste it in there. Then when It resets the next day, I just replace my work folder with the one i backed up last night. It worked twice so far for me. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the tip L, was having problems myself so I have been folding 24/7 for a few days now. I'll try your tip (at last I might be able to do some maintainance, got a dodgey HD to swap).
