It has come to my attention that some of our members are unclear as to our position here at Motherboards.org regarding posting anything do to with warez. This thread is to clarify said position so that all will know and understand it.

There will be no warez posts allowed under any circumstances.

Anyone who violates this rule will be banned immediately, and there will be no appeal.

Our registration rules clearly state that when you register here "You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed)."

By signing up here, you have agreed to all of our rules whether you've chosen to read them or not. Please feel free to PM myself or any of the other moderators if you have a question regarding this or any other rule here.

It has been brought to my attention that some clarification needs to be made in regards to Warez..

When we (the site staff) state that there is to be no Warez related topics/posts/etc. posted on this site; this includes putting links to warez and related sites in your profile.

No warez related topics, etc. means NO Warez relate topics, etc. in ANY shape, size or form.
