The subject should explain it all.
I'm looking for the motherboard layout on a Sony PCV-RX360DS computer. I'm having a killer time with its onboard Ethernet port. It is not working at all. I believe it might be a jumper onthe board, but I don't know if there is one or not. |

Gonna need something more than a computer model number. Can you post the bios string? _________________ 1. If you don't know ask-

PCV-RX360DS SOA004XDBU.EXE (lv1004.bin) 05/29/2001-I815 -CUSL-LV
http://www.elhvb.com/mboards/OEM/Sony/PCV3.html
that's what I made the page for. Asus CUSL-LV made for Sony.
Anyway, about the onboard ethernet, most likely that is set in the bios, the onboard devices section. You may want to reset the entire bios to defaults. There's no onboard jumper.
The onboard LAN is based on the Realtek RTL8139C chip, you need to get a separate driver for that, Windows will not install it out of the box. _________________ We hate rut, but we fear change.
