Need a bios upgrade to see a large HDD (6gb fitted looks like standard)
Phoenix bios version 4.06 Rev 1.06.1131 29 June 1999
Intel 440BX/ZX Rev 3 with Cely 397 says Sandra.
The mobos in a desktop case (not a tower) and I cant see anything like jumpers so a manual would be useful.
Looks like the Siemens Fujitsu site doesnt have legacy support.
Any help appreciated.

That would be a D1131 mainboard. But that one is used in the Scenic 320 not the 300. Check if you see anything like D1131 on the board top surface. Anyway there's a bios update for your D1131 mainboard here:
