This concerns an XP Pro SP3 PC.
I have more than one version of .NET Framework installed on this PC. Over time .Net Framework was updated and updated again to the next newer version. Would it be best if I deleted all but the latest version which I think is VS 4

Been wondering about that also. Brief search turned up This.
I'm inclined to just leave the old versions, as some older programs may need older .net framework.
