"Canada Ices 003 Class B" is only telling it is safe to use on the Canadian power grid. It's not giving brand or model.

Please check the Motherboard Identification forum to see how to identify your motherboard. If it is a branded system (HP, Compaq, Dell, eMachines, Acer), please state brand and model of the machine.

Assuming it is an Intel board, you should see markings on it. Something like DH55TC or you might see an AA00000-000 number on the board somewhere

"Canada Ices 003 Class B" is a 'standard' guide for electronic equipment that may emit RFI or other interference signals. Similar to the FCC Part 15 (American) standards.
While the motherboard may have an Intel chipset family, it may have been made by another company.. such as Acer, Asus, ECS, Medion or other company.
Should be some print on the board, likely between device slots, denoting a model number along with a revision number.
Describe the details of the motherboard.. socket type, device slot types, number and color of memory slots. A photo would surely ID its origin!

Intel chipset board more likely and only having that marking stand out usually was seen on PCChips boards. I expect anything but an Intel retail desktop board...
