Currently I have
Pegatron MZN78-la Motherboard
AMD PhenomII x4 910 processor
AVC CPU Cooler
4x 2GB ddr3 10600 ram
ATI Radeon HD 4350
ATX 300W Power supply
Would like top of the line graphic card, power supply and double the ram. Thats the order of importance to me. Here is the problem. Keep it under $400. |

off-the-cuff.
80-100 bucks for ram. something like ripjaw series, 2x8gb set.
150-200 bucks for mid-grade gpu. around a 7850, or a 560ti. will give you most modern games at higher-than-average settings. won't blow your socks off, but you don't have the budget for a true high-end card or PSU that would be recommended with it.
80-100 bucks for PSU. something in the 650w+ range, not a no-name branding.
