CCTV DVR Motherboard?

I know it's not a PC based motherboard but...

I have a Qsee QT428 DVR recorder for my home cctv security system, looks like the motherboard is gone. Noticed one of the "tiny" fusible links is fried, and wiggling of the cables indicates a bad connection (picture flickers)....checked all of the soldered points and can't ID any broken soldered points.

Tried searches of the part number (in the picture) and only learned that it is a generic board used by several DVR producers.

Have never had any luck with Qsee support either...have any idea where I might find one?

2308SE is even a generic part number for the box, not just the motherboard. the brand seems to be TVT:

Appears that I'll need write a letter to Qsee, their online support page had no land line info and their online message systems wasn't working.

Obviously..I'll never buy another Qsee product.

Doesn't look like it. They may have reps, but all the support is based out of China.
