Hey everyone,
I had already decided to go with the P8Z77-V Deluxe, but then I saw the Maximus V Formula is almost the same price, and read about it, and then I became unsure again. 
Anyone has some input on it, maybe help me to find out which one would suit me best?
My PC build will be consisting of the following:
2x Kingston HyperX 3K 240GB SSD
2x 2TB HDD's in RAID 0 (best performance/price/quality ratio)
2x8GB Corsair Dominator Platinum 1866MHz CL9
Corsair Professional Series AX750 PSU
Intel Core i5-3570K 3.4GHz Ivy Bridge
Corsair H100 Liquid CPU cooler
Lite-On LightScribe 24X SATA DVD+/-RW Dual Layer Drive IHAS424-98
EVGA GeForce GTX 680 SC Signature 2
Encased in a CoolerMaster HAF X with a lot of fancy lights and fans.
The color scheme of the Maximus V Formula matches the HAF X, as it's black & red, so I think it would look better than the Deluxe - some of the features offered on the Deluxe are a bit useless for me (like 2 LAN ports, 2 eSATA ports etc.), but it's all boils down to a question of the performance really.
I plan to overclock most of it, CPU (+~30%), GPU (~10-20%) and RAM (~10-15%).
