A sad moment of history was celebrated August 6th.. when the Japanese city of Hiroshima was destroyed by the first Atomic Bomb 67 years ago (1945).. and more than 100,000 people died within seconds.. and many more years later. Yahoo! News Link:
Let us hope that the use of such a weapon of mass destruction is never used again. No Sovereign or Nation should possess or use nuclear weapons.. ever again. Power for peace, yes.. but not warfare! In war there are never any winners.. only lesser loosers.

| WWII a horrible war for sure as most wars are. True in a way that there are no real winners as all to many innocent folks are caught up in it on both sides. The bottom line is the Japs started it and the United States finished it. So let that be a hard lesson learned. |
