i have a xfx hd 7970 but it make strange noises when i play games
so i think any moment he wouldnt work anymore so i need to buy a new graphic card
so im not sure to buy a amd card again because my graphic card is 4 months old |

Good card, but before giving in, clean it out, get some canned air (air duster) and give it a good dust out, checking both fans spin freely and noislessly...

I have had nothing but problems with XFX video cards, they just don't last IMO.

4 months old? RMA?
i had no issues with older XFX stuff - and they're still running strong in their 2nd/3rd homes.
now i'm an EVGA fanboi. love it. just works.
