Avoid the following:

D-Link
Belkin
Netgear

Poor interface, annoying to set up, weak wifi signals and poorly supported (even though they say they are not) - too many have been returned with isues..

Linksys ain't bad, but not great..

On a budget, look at any by Edimax, TP-Link and Tenda.

ASUS are pretty good.

And if you want the best for SOHO look at Draytek.

Instead of Linksys, you could also look at the Cisco business line, or the "Linksys by Cisco" stuff. They are the same company now and they done a lot to fix the small business line. They are quite good.
But if price is a main factor, I'd wait for a Linksys to come down in price a bit. Some of the DLINKs will always beat the price, but the quality of product is better.
