I have not done a build using a CPU with an integrated graphics. Anything I should know before using for my primary graphics? Should I steer clear of this and just get a cheap graphics card?

The PC won't be used for graphic intensive processes initially. If this changes, I should be able to add a video card and run graphics off that with no issues, right?

Yes, that system looks good... If you want to add a video card though, depending on the video card, you may need a beefier PSU - Corsair are good and 600w is adequate on the lower end of things, until you add a decent video card or bigger hard drives...
