Most likely TAEPO capacitors inside. Not recommended because of that. What happened to the Sharkoon? That has Samxon caps, they are a lot better.

Becasue PSU's stress out capacitors, if components that are not top quality are used they can degrade over 100's or 1000's of hours use and die. TEAPO are not known for being top quality (although they are not disastrous either), so could start having some problems over a couple of years.

will have. TAEPO are known bad enough to be sure of troubles in the not too distant future slash

There once was a phrase, "The quality goes in before the name goes on" by one company. Not all that true today.
As with any product or component, it must be quality-made to withstand the operating environment. With capacitors exposed to high heat, they must be rated above the expected temperatures. Typically, 105° C. (221° F.) is a common standard.. as is 95° C. for not-so-warm environments. This Wiki link has a good presentation about the 'capacitor plague' that has affected all fields of electronics. Read the thread about "Bad, bad capacitors" here on our Forum to note trouble-prone brands.. http://www.motherboards.org/forums/viewtopic.php?t=101830
