Okay thanks, I'll give it a try and see what happens. Now just to make sure I do this right. I want to boot up the good motherboard first and after booting up, I remove the good chip and place the corrupted chip in it's place. Than I run the BIOS firmware program. When finished, I swap the other BIOS chip in before shutting down. Does this all sound right?

Yes, that is the right procedure.
If awdflash doesn't want to listen, even with the /py switch, use uniflash, flash including bootblock.
