You will have to explain why you cannot install the drivers from the driver disk. Isn't it properly detecting that the system is a Dell Dimension 4600? As far as I can remember, that disk needs to be started (autorun.inf) and then it will tell you it's a Dimension 4600 and then you install the drivers.

Failing that, http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriversHome/NeedProductSelection

and give them the service tag or fill in it's a Dimension 4600. Start with installing the chipset drivers, then the LAN driver, then video driver, then install antivirus software, then connect it to the internet (NO sooner) for antivirus updates, windows updates, then install the other stuff. Any other questions, post here.

Should be (or was) a small partition of about 1 GB or so, which is normally hidden. That would have all the drivers and OS install features. But if you deleted all partitions, it is gone. You had the option to copy out that partition to backup disks when the unit was originally bought. After installing the OS, check with the Disk Manager program of Administrator Tools to see if it is still there. You should be able to take possession of it, and copy out the drivers for that specific machine.
Or, as evasive noted, go through the Dell customer service department.
