I hate for this to be my first post here, but a contest was posted at this page a while back:
motherboards[dot]org[slash]contest[dot]html
Have the winners been notified? |

looks to me it is still open for entry so I guess it's not over yet. There's no closure date mentioned so the question is if it will end anyway... _________________ We hate rut, but we fear change.

Thanks! I wasn't sure since I haven't seen any updates in over a month.
But the curiosity got me to finally join the forums here (after years of lurking). I was surprised that motherboard got to give away two systems, very cool! |

| I emailed Doc last week and he said then that the contest ended the week before when 2000 entries had been received.. Hopefully the winners will be chosen soon. |

Thanks for the info! I didn't see an announcement so I wasn't sure. Did they win both systems? |

| There were two prizes. All previous contests were posted here in the forum. Not sure why this one wasn't. Also are the Golden Rules of Giveaway posted here still applicable to current contests? |

This contest was not really from us it was from Intel and it was for anybody who signed up. Only 1 system was sent, the guys/gals thing was a bit misleading, but they did ship it so at least it was finished correctly. _________________ Doc Overclock - Adventures In Electricity |
