I have tried clearing cache/cookies/etc. but with no luck.
Please help.

Check your Firewall settings. Ensure the site IP is 'fully trusted'.

I think I know why.
My computer is linked via ICS. I use both computers to log in to here. So while main computer is on, it defaults. So it boots me off of mine.
