Fixed the port 25 hole on my sonic wall, but I am still on some blacklisted sites. How do I go about getting my good reputation back?

They have reported receiving emails infected with, or NATting for a computer

Please scan and run the latest anti-virus programs on all your LAN devices.
You can check the site http://www.mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx for further testing on your IP addresses.
Please confirm your scan results with Covad after you have been able to
clear your LAN equipment.
