I purchased the ATI All-In_Wonder HD 3650 TV tuner card with the intention of building a DVR. They (ATI) have no driver for Windows 7. Although support promised a Windows 7 driver the first quarter of 2010, it didn't happen. Now support is saying the second quarter of 2010. I got tired of waiting so I loaded Windows XP. The card doesn't support HD in Windows XP. I loaded Vista. The Total Media program supplied didn't pull in all my cable channels and those it does aren't full screen. (I have a 50" Panasonic flat screen TV. I guess I'll have to accept my loss and go to another product. crying
