can i put either of these processors in this board? and what CPU fan should I get?

Samsung 512MB PC2700 DDR
80 Gig HD (No idea)
Antec 1040 SOHO W/400 (have)
CD/RW (?) any recommendations?

With a BIOS upgrade you can go up to the XP 2600. The HSF type depends on whether or not you plan on OCing. If you are gonna OC, you might want to consider the Volcano 7+ by Thermaltake.
