I have contacted that company to no avail, They claimed they shipped it a year ago??????
In all the time we have been in business this is the only complaint we have recieved about something like this....
I was just going to ship one of my own cases, but $60.00 for shipping out of my personal pocket is a bit much since I would never be reimburssed by CoolerMaster......
This is getting silly, I cannot make CoolerMaster do anything when they said it shipped, nor am I going to make enough waves to cause them to cut us out of the review program...
Me and Thrasher2 have been trying to figure out how or what to do, but know CoolerMaster sponsored the contest not us, so its not just a simple fix for us to do.

I understand Doc. This could all have been resolved if Cooler Master kicked up a UPS or a FEDex tracking ID.
To be honest? At this time I have no need of a computer case. And I can relate regarding shipping costs. Heck, the only upgrades I'm even considering with the cost of everything would be CPU and or updated video card that will work on the current rig. (just spent $150 replacing 4 blown dvd burners on 3 different rigs...NewEgg to the rescue)
So I'm not to wrapped up at the current time about the case being MIA. Things are to flippen tight now to consider a new rig build. Gonna see about just upgrading the current one.
But I'd love to see the tracking number kicked up by Cooler Master to find out where in the world it did wind up at....

I seriously hope some guy in your neighborhood didn't take it claiming to be you. Or some guy actually in charge of shipping.
PS: i7 contest is still up, even though it's ended. _________________ I'm gonna get my new hardware. And my worklog here. |
