I would confirm your readings in the BIOS. Some of those readings look low for a stock cooler. The stock cooler for AMD is good but not that good. What is the rest of your setup? How long was your system running before you took those readings. Unless you are running your system in a nitrogen bath you do not want any temps below zero.
