The only floppy images were for the Intel ICU utility that can be downloaded elsewhere. Alas there is nothing direct bios-related in those ISO files. Yet it is good to have them as it can assist in identifying systems according to what audio/video hardware is in there.

Finally! I found the setup diskette for my bios.
Now, I'm onto replacing the soldered on-board cmos battery!
Thanks for all the contribution that eventually led up to this result.
Hopefully someone smarter than me can download and archive the files if necessary, in these days websites can go absent.
