Firefox went loopy

Discussions, problem solving, and tips and trick for operating systems go here. Windows, Mac, and Linux are ok. If you want to fight or put down an OS go to The Hundred Year War Forum. It will not be tolerated here. Make sure to post what OS is being discussed in the title of your post.

Definitely would have preferred not to do a restore, but there was no immediate solution. Everything I tried failed to resolve the problem...

http://www.sevenforums.com/browsers-mai ... t-bug.html

had to copy the folder to my external drive, then copy paste the files back into the /fonts folder...

several random fonts popped up as problematic, so those just got ignored/closed when the error came up.

needless to say the browser issue is resolved... 8)

I use the "bitstream fon navigator" to upgrade and maintain my fonts folder. it comes bundled with Corel Drae, but U can get it alone
